Event Information
The Cardiff Rocket League inhouse will be a 1v1 event starting at 2pm on the 7th of November. This event is open to anyone in our esports discord https://discord.gg/5huVN7n when we start the event, including non-Cardiff members. We encourage anyone to join no matter your rank.
Participants will be split off into groups, seeded based on your peak in 1s. You will play a round robin in these groups with everyone in them. After which we will cut to a top cut/playoff stage, which will be a single elimination bracket, based on however many people signup. Matches in the group stage will be bo3 while in the top cut it will be bo5.
There will be a prize pool of £45, kindly donated by our Rocket League rep and Events Manager Zachary Finch. 1st (£25), 2nd (£15) and 3rd (£5) place. You can only win said prizes if you are a member of Cardiff University. This will be verified in our main server https://discord.gg/7xhyN5e using our Koala bot. If you win while not verified in our main server, you still win, but instead of money as a 1st prize, you get bragging rights :)

We will be selecting matches to stream while the tournament is going on, these games will be announced in our stream channels in both discords.
