Tickets Terms and Conditions
1. Ticketed Entry Only
This event has a strict capacity limit and is ticketed. Walk-ins are not allowed, so please ensure you have a valid ticket before attending.
2. Your Ticket
Your SU purchase confirmation email serves as your ticket. Please have it ready for entry at the door. Screenshots will not be accepted.
3. Group Tickets
If you purchase tickets as a group, the ticket purchaser must be present at the door with the rest of the group. Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in advance by the organizing society.
4. Venue Entry Policy
Venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry if they suspect you are under the influence of alcohol or substances.
5. Door Closing Time
Doors will close promptly at 1:00 AM. Late entry is not permitted under any circumstances.
6. Refunds
If you are unable to attend and need a refund, please contact the society you purchased your ticket from.
7. Accessibility
The venue has a wheelchair lift. If you have any accessibility requirements, please contact the GeoPlan Society in advance so we can assist with your arrival.
